Action: Working with Porvair’s contractors, we managed the gas supply to their premises during a conversion project from a variety of fossil fuels to gas. We converted these fuels into gas equivalent and accurately calculated the daily and monthly consumptions the site would use. As well as making impressive cost savings, Porvair reduced carbon dioxide emissions and the downtime for maintenance of the plant. They now have fuel on tap which means that they have been able to eliminate storage facilities and release the land for redevelopment
